Mr. Weiner has specialized in criminal and juvenile law since 1997. He has handled appeallate cases,contract negotiations, adminstrative hearings, civil litigation, family matters, personal injury and hundreds of different cases over the years.

Mr. Weiner received his B.A. from University of California, Davis, and obtained his J.D. from McGeorge School of Law, UOP. He is an active member of the National Juvenile Justice Association, Juvenile Justice Commisioner, CPDA, Friends of Marin Center for the Arts, and the Jewish Business Network. He has been married for 14 years and is the father of three lovely children, Shayna, Ethan, and Ryan. He enjoys breeding exotic animals, outdoors, and travel with his family when time permits.
